Sloop de 10.40 m en polyester avec quille en plomb, construit en 1977 par le chantier Lohi à Joensuu (Finlande).Voilier nordique robuste et équipé pour les longs voyages, très habitable pour sa taille, conçu pour des navigations estivales en régions froides (isolation).
Petits plus du bateau : cockpit central avec grande cabine propriétaire à l'arrière, nombreuses voiles de rechange, régulateur d'allure et pilote automatique, émetteur/récepteur AIS, panneau solaire et éolienne, sellerie refaite 2022.

L’aspect esthétique du bateau laisse à désirer d'où le prix, mais rien de gênant pour la navigation. Tous les équipements de navigation fonctionnent, néanmoins il reste des choses à améliorer et certains accessoires sont à revoir. Rien de problématique pour quelqu'un d'un peu bricoleur !

Voilier complètement armé pour l'hauturier, bien entretenu et amélioré depuis notre achat en 2022. Nombreuses navigations de la Méditerranée aux régions nordiques de 2022 à 2024. Nous vivons à bord en Norvège depuis 2 ans et nous séparons d'Avei'a pour un voilier en métal permettant de naviguer dans les glaces.

Actuellement au port de Trondheim (Norvège), très bien placé pour voyager vers les Lofoten au nord et les magnifiques fjords au sud !

10.40 m sloop-rigged polyester sailing boat with lead keel, built in 1977 by Lohi shipyards in Joensuu (Finland). Robust nordic sailboat equipped for long sailing trips, very comfortable for its size and designed for summer navigation in cold regions (insulation).
A few key strenths: center cockpit with large owner's cabin in the aft, self-steering windvane and autopilot, numerous spare sails, AIS emitter/receiver, solar panel and wind turbine, indoor upholstery entirely renewed in 2022.

The boat's aesthetics are poor, especially on the exterior, hence the price, however this does not affect sailing in any way. All necessary navigational equipment is working, but there are still some things to improve and some accessories to renovate. Nothing too challenging for someone handy!

Avei'a is completely equipped for offshore sailing, and has been well maintained and improved since it was bought in 2022, with numerous navigations from the Mediterranean to the Arctic from 2022 to 2024. We have been living onboard for 2 years in Norway and decided to sell Avei'a for a metal boat suited for sailing in the ice.

The boat is currently in Trondheim harbour (Norway), well positioned to travel to the north towards Lofoten or to the south in the Norwegian fjords!
