Amateurisme de certains pros

Ben pro de la vente en principe. :-(

j'ai eu à faire à un vendeur qui n'avait jamais vu l'unité qu'il vendait, et n'en possédait même pas les clés.
Dans ces conditions, piquer des photos sur le net d'autres bateaux ne change plus grand chose...
.
Le meileur étant celui qui voulait absolument vendre mon unité hauturière, prétendant avoir "des acheteurs très intéressés"... sauf que n'étant pas dans le pays où je me trouvais avec le bateaux, c'est moi qui lui envoyais les photos et l'inventaire détaillé, faisait les visites... mais c'est bien lui qui encaissait le chèque avec la com de 7 % !

C'est non contractuel si l'annonce le précise ...

le pire pour les bagnoles c'est le kilometrage; tu mets des filtres (ex moins de 100.000 kms) et tu te retrouves avec une majorité de caisses à 200.000 ou 300.000 kms (ils mettent 20.000 ou 30.000 ces tr.us du c.l; ça me gonfle!!!!!!!

Les '' pro '' s'en fout complètement et ils ont bien raison ! ils sont a l'image des clients ! C'est désolant mais c'est la réalisée . IL y a très peu de clients compétant c'est pour cela qu'il est aussi facile de vendre des bateaux , de rouler des gens dans la farine !!
C'est un commerce , ce ne sont pas des passionnés ,c'est comme les vendeurs de voitures , la veille ils vendaient des fenêtres , demain ils vendront des cuisines ...
Moi aussi je suis a la recherche d'un second voilier et dés que tu es un peu technique tu attend 2 a 3 semaines pour avoir une réponse !!!

Oui c'est un peu soûlant cette désinvolture.
Ils passent des annonces et si ça mord, ils vont vérifier que le bateau correspond au descriptif.

Sans parler des infos bidons, comme les voiles qui ont quelques années de plus qu'indiqué pour un D34 que j'ai visité à PC.
Je n'ai pas eu de mal à vérifier, la voilerie est indiqué sur la voile. Lui m'a donné la date d'achat réelle, 2008 au lieu de 2011, un détail mais significatif du sérieux du vendeur.
Ce qui est étrange c'est que dès qu'on pose des questions précises on n'a plus de nouvelles.
Dans les cas cités, personne ne m'a rappelé. Pourtant les ports sont pleins d'affichettes à vendre.

Mais tu as raison il ne faut pas généraliser, le concessionnaire Dufour de Hyères devrait me permettre de conclure.
En tout cas lui il m'a rappelé. Mais c'est le seul en 6 mois, ça fait peu !
Et il a l'air passionné par son métier, alors qu'un autre que je ne nommerai pas, on a vraiment l'impression de le déranger.

You have no boat already. We sail every year, but on rental boats. We now want to move one more step and to own one. We are focused on boats from the 80’s with good sailing qualities and good interior, between 32 to 36’’. The 2 other boats listed are too expensive for us and too huge. Pretorien with 2 cabin and 1 wc is perfect for us. Our budget is more around 35000, but 40000 € can be acceptable for a boat in good condition. We will transfer the boat to a berth near our home, north of France.
We will be in Corsica and Sardinia between 8/6 to 8/20. We will come by boat from Massilia. We are in holidays. So we are flexible to fix an appointment to visit the boat during that time.
If you have some more data like a recent survey report, it will be very helpful. I’m awaiting from you the exact localization of the boat in sardinia. What is the nationality of the boat. Is her Italian ?

regarding the services/mantainance read below what the owner told me:
- 2008-2009
new hull ( he did a procedure to rebuild all the layers of the hull as the boat was old and he was also afraid of the osmosi as you ) and there was no trace of osmosi
- 2012
new teak interior in wc and kitchen
-2013
engine completely check
All the sails equipment has been assembled and put inside the boat ( in oredr to protect them ).
The boat is located in the north of Sardynia .
Please let me know approximatly when you can arrive in Sardinya.
The owner told me that he will provide me also some extra pictures of the boat .

You told the owner rechecked the engine. I was thinking the engine was new (30 hours of work), reading the inventory. May i'm wrong?

the owner is in South America and he doesn't use the boat, that why he wants to sell it.
See below the engine details ( yes you are right the engine has only 30 hours , I just want to say that the owner did the normal yearly check ). I will let you know if my manager can arrange the visit that that period.

my manager is in Sardinya with his boat for holiday and he still don't know if he manages to make the boat inspections, but he asks to request to the owner ( or someone for him ) to make some nowdays photos of the boat that I will send you so that you are sure you like the boat .
In the meanwhile he is trying to plan his holiday to arrange your boat inspection.

the visit has been postponed ( within November ).
From the pictures I sent you , without seeing with your eyes the boat, would you do a purchase offer, also if it is a little lower than the asking price? This purchase offer is ALWAYS subjected to the tecnhical survey of the boat and it is valid only if you like the boat.
I ask you that because we want to provide to the owner your seriuos intention.
The boat is in Sardinya ( and honeslty there are some trip money involved in going there ) and, if you are really interested to buy this boat, we could bo also the survey on the ground and in water the same day of the inspection.
Read below the cost:
1)Hauling and launching : 488 euro ( vat included )
2)Italian qualified Surveyor cost :ticket of the flight from Rome to Sardynia + the tecnhical completed survey (400 euro) (it is not problem for us if you bring a surveyor from France , but it is important that he is registered as qualified surveyor and he can make a certified report also for us).
3) you give a deposit of the 10% of your purchase offer as deposit before the visit on board ( this amount will be refounded 100% in your favor, in case you don't like the boat or if the survey has a negative result).
Please remember that our brokerage commision for boat under 40.000 euro are 2000 euro + vat (= 2440 euro ).

I’m sorry to contact you directly. That’s very unusual from me. But I’m very disappointed about the way of dealing of Info Media Ship. They postponed a second time visiting the boat this morning (I was in Sardinia in August). And now they are requesting a purchase offer before visiting !
Do you have another broker, based in Sardinia near your boat, to deal with ? Other way, I will stop. Info Media Ship is too far from your boat and too scary about its commission to make good work.

Finalement, l'achat ne se fera jamais. Les photos, qui ne sont pas les mêmes que celles de Media ship, et le rapport d'expertise que m'enverra le propriétaire nous feront lâcher l'affaire.

Comme quoi, même avec un même broker, les expériences peuvent varier.

c'était quelle agence de Mediaship?

Moi, c'était avec Media Ship Lavagna au sud de Gène.

Tout c'est impeccablement déroulé.
La broker m'a même demandé des nouvelles après le convoyage pour savoir si on était bien arriver, si tout allait bien.
Je suis parti avec le bateau immédiatement après l'achat, encore sous pavillon Italien (pas envie de payer le port en Italie) je lui ai fait confiance pour la radiation du pavillon j'ai tout reçu comme prévu et n'ai eu aucun soucis pour la Francisation.

Une petite anecdote. Il restait une taxe à payer que je n'avais pas réglée avant de partir avec le bateau. Comme un appareil est tombé en panne après le convoyage (rien à voir avec eux, ça peu arriver), elle m'a dis de ne pas payer la taxe restante, qu'elle s'arrangerais avec l'ancien proprio. C'était pas une grosse somme mais tout de même elle était pas obligée et je ne lui avait rien demandé.
